Crime Report Hucknall and the Rural Villages for week to Thursday 28 February 2019

Crimes reported over the past seven days.
Burglary Dwelling Between 11.00am and 3.00pm on Sunday 24 February in Linnet Way, Hucknall, an attempt was made to enter a property by forcing the front door.
Between Thursday 21 February and 7.45pm on Saturday 23 February in Papplewick Lane, Hucknall, a house was entered via the patio doors. An untidy search was made but nothing was stolen.
Burglary Other At 1.06am on Thursday 21 February in Main Road, Jacksdale, a shop was entered by forcing the front door and a quantity of e cigarette refills was stolen.
Between 9.30pm on Tuesday 26 February and 4.45am on Wednesday 27 February in Palmerstone Street, Westwood, a shed was broken into. Fishing equipment, Black & Decker car vacuum, Stanley tool bag, Ryobi cordless tools in Ryobi bags – Drills, Saws, Sander and Planner along with their batteries were stolen.
Theft of motor vehicle None reported.
Theft from motor vehicle Between 11.00am and 3.00pm on Thursday 21 February in Butlers Close, Hucknall, a number plate was stolen from a black Kia Sportage.
Between 9.45pm on Friday 22 February and 6.45am on Saturday 23 February in Avon Avenue, Westville, Hucknall, a white Ford Transit van was broken into. An iPhone 7plus, Bosch SDS drill, Hilti Impact driver, a grey Stanley bag containing hand tools and a pair of Puma Trainers were stolen.
Between 4.00pm on Sunday 24 February and 4.30pm on Monday 25 February at Sandicliffe Ford, Portland Road, Hucknall, the front and rear number plates were stolen from a red Seat Ibiza.
Between 5.00pm and 9.40pm on Monday 25 February in Roman Crescent, Hucknall, a white Ford transit van parked on a driveway was broken into. A wallet containing cash, bank and trade cards and a driving licence was stolen from the glove compartment.
At around 10.35am on Tuesday 26 February in the High Street, Hucknall, tools were stolen from a yellow Mercedes van parked near Costa Coffee.
Criminal Damage Between 9.00pm on Tuesday 19 February and 7.00am on Thursday 21 February in Polperro Way, Hucknall, the rear window of a white Peugeot 308 was shattered.
Between 10.00pm on Thursday 21 February and 8.50pm on Friday 22 February in Salterford Road, Hucknall, the security light on the front of a house was damaged.
Between 5.00pm on Saturday 23 February and 1.50pm on Sunday 24 February in High Crescent, Annesley Woodhouse, the paintwork on the passenger side of a black Mercedes C250 Sport, parked on the driveway, was scratched.
Around 9.00pm on Sunday 24 February in Nabbs Lane, Hucknall, a shop window was smashed by a group of young people throwing stones.
Between 9.00am and 5,00pm on Tuesday 26 February in Linby Road, Hucknall, a ball bearing was fired at a window passing through the outer pane of a double glazed unit.
Between 11.30pm on Tuesday 26 February and 9.10am on Wednesday 27 February in Jenny Burton Way, Hucknall, paint stripper was thrown over a blue Ford Focus parked on a driveway.
